Our office is open from Monday through Friday from 9:00 AM through 5:00 PM, although we are closed for lunch from 12:30 to 1:30 PM. Established families can contact us via the secure Patient Portal for non-urgent appointment requests, record requests, or other non-urgent questions.
At Jackson Pediatrics, your child will always be seen by a pediatrician. We will make every effort to accommodate your schedule. For same-day appointments, our priority is sick visits. Our policy is to always see sick children on the same day.
In a true, life-threatening emergency call 9-1-1. For urgent matters during business hours, call our office directly. During nights and weekends, call the St. John’s Medical center operator at (307) 733-3636.
Jackson Pediatrics physicians attend the Victor Health Clinic on Tuesdays and Thursdays. Please call the Victor Clinic directly for appointments.
