Insurance And Billing Information
Patient Visits
Patient visits at Jackson Pediatrics are by appointment. Every sibling will need to have an appointment in order to be seen by the doctor.
Cancellations and No-Shows
We will attempt to contact you prior to your appointment as a reminder. If you are unable to keep an appointment, please call at least 24 hours in advance to cancel. Failure to keep a scheduled appointment will result in a no-show fee.
Payment
Payment is expected at the time of your visit. We accept cash, check or credit card. Payment due will include any co-payment, co-insurance, unmet deductible, and/or non-covered charges by your insurance company. If you do not carry insurance, payment in full is expected at the time of your visit.
Questions?
For the business office call (307) 733-4627 Monday through Friday, 9:00 am to 5:00 pm.
Insurance Plans
We are participating providers with several insurance plans. We will file claims for all such plans. Please remember that health insurance is a contract between the patient and the insurance company; ultimately the patient is responsible for payment in full. If your insurance company does not pay the practice within a reasonable period of time, you will be billed. If we later receive payment from your insurer, we will refund any overpayment to you.
