Access The Patient Portal

Please Note: Due to upgrades to the Patient Portal implemented in January, 2021,
all families must re-register to reestablish Portal access.  Please contact the office for a secure PIN.

Why Use The Patient Portal?

The Jackson Pediatrics Patient Portal is an online access point for patients and their families to access medical information in the electronic medical record and contact our office via a secure internet connection.  On the Patient Portal families can access:

  1. Vaccine records

  2. Growth charts

  3. Visit summaries

  4. Allergy lists

  5. Medication lists

  6. Problem lists

 

Families can also contact the office via the Patient Portal to:

  1. Request non-urgent appointments

  2. Request medical records

  3. Ask non-urgent questions

Get Access

In order to create a portal account, you must have an email address on file with us at the office, and use that email address to create your account. Contact the office and we will email enrollment information and a secure PIN to you.

Please note, the Jackson Pediatrics Patient Portal contains information from office visits on or after July, 2013.  For full access to your child's complete medical record, please contact the office and submit a record request.

 

The Jackson Pediatrics Patient Portal is provided by Jackson Pediatric Associates, L.L.C. for the exclusive use of its patients and authorized parents, legal guardians, and other caregivers. By logging in, you attest that you are a member of one of the aforementioned groups and will use any confidential medical information that is disclosed to you only for its intended purposes. Any other use is strictly forbidden. If you believe that the security of your account has been compromised, please notify us immediately so we can reset your credentials.
